In-person : My fee for one hour (60 minutes) of face-to-face counseling or coaching is $125.00. On occasion, an individual or couple may request a longer session. This typically occurs when the individual or couple is going through a particularly difficult time and one hour doesn't seem like enough time to do the work required.
I also sometimes schedule longer sessions for Pre-marital counseling and Reconciliation counseling.
Payment for in-person sessions may be made by cash or check at the end of our session. If you wish to use your credit card, you will need to make your payment prior to our session.
Insurance Coverage: While I accept payment at the end of each session, my therapy/counseling services are reimbursable by many medical/behavioral health insurance plans. The percentage that you will be reimbursed will be determined by your healthcare plan. It is a good idea to phone your insurance carrier to find out what percentage will be reimbursed. I provide receipts that you can submit to your insurance company and they will reimburse you directly.

• E-mail Exchanges
: My fee for e-mail coaching, counseling, or consultation is
$25.00 for every 15 minutes that I spend reading your e-mails and composing
thoughtful replies to your questions, problems, etc.
Payment for e-mail services is made prior to my response to your e-mail by either personal check or credit card.
Most clients prefer to use their credit
card for telephone and e-mail
services. It is convenient and it also gives us an opportunity
to address problems and questions in a timely manner.
Credit Card Payment Information
For credit card payment, I use PayPal. PayPal is a secure server and is nationally recognized. Simply click on an icon below, selecting the amount of time you prefer, and you will be routed to the PayPal website.
